Pilaf is a popular rice dish, with variations commonly made in lots of countries. This is a one pot recipe, and almost any of the ingredients can be swapped for something else. Don’t like chicken? Put in a different meat. Veggie? Take out the meat, replace it. Use spices instead of stock (cayenne pepper will make it spicy), swap out the vegetables for others – follow our recipe to the letter or put your own spin on it!
