Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Rosyth

Salary: £32,000 & contributory employers pension scheme

This is a pivotal role, with overall responsibility for the development, operations and sustainability of EATS Rosyth’s community facing activities, volunteering and external partnerships. EATS Rosyth is relatively young organisation, with origins in community development. We are looking for someone to lead the organisation in the next crucial stage of its development as we seek to diversify our sources of funding and increase the impact we achieve in line with our charitable objectives. You will lead the organisation in achieving objectives in line with our mission and charitable purposes. Ensure the organisation is responsive to its areas of benefit and the wider community, and accountable to our members, funders, and other key stakeholders. This will be achieved by developing, managing, promoting, measuring and evaluating the organisation’s community facing activities, volunteering and external partnerships.
