Mike is a board member and an enthusiastic volunteer having been involved since the start of the project in 2015.

He has been a steady influence helping the staff and volunteers establish the garden, orchard and the opening of the new Hub in 2023.

He hopes to see the project going from strength to strength in the future. With EATS Hub, EATS Community Garden and EATS Centenary Orchard opening full time and possibly acquiring a second building for community groups.

He is motivated, understanding and calm. Loves having a bbq to say thanks to the volunteers and staff for their hard work and support. You’ll often find him in EATS Living Room Cafe with a large americano and a black pudding roll with the statuatory brown sauce.
